All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
2. Transit & Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 5-7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations. Estimated Delivery time for all destinations will average between 7-10 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders exceeding R1000.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders below R1000, a flat shipping fee of R110 applies.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you finalise your purchase.
4. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to locations within South Africa. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact our customer service team for confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Issues with Delivery
