At 1 Of 1 Studios, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, custom-made products tailored to your specifications. We understand that issues may arise, and we aim to address them promptly and professionally. Please review our refund and returns policy below for detailed information.

1. Shipping Information

• Handling Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 working days.
• Transit & Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 5-7 working days after dispatch.



• Shipping Rates:
  
• Free Shipping: Available on orders above R1000.
  
• Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of R110 applies to orders below R1000.
  

2. Return Policy

At 1 Of 1 Studios, all products are custom-made according to your specifications. We take great care to ensure quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted for new, unused products only. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  
• Replacement Only: Upon approval, we will replace your product. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Return Process:

• Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your product.
  
• All returns must be approved by 1 Of 1 Studios before being processed. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and the designated drop-off location for your return.
  
• Approved returns must be dropped off at the specified location within 2-3 working days of approval.
  

3. Important Notes

• Custom-Made Products: Due to the unique nature of custom-printed products, slight variations may occur as part of the sublimation process. These variations are not considered defects.
  
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process.
  
• Inspection Process: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be replaced.
